Shipping & Delivery
We make great efforts to ship your products to you as safely and quickly as possible.  Extra care goes into this process to ensure that your product arrives in a timely manner.  Please be sure that your package can be received to avoid unneccessary returns.
Privacy & Security
We do not sell customer information.  Our site is secure for our customer's protection.  Any information we gather will be used to improve your customer experience with us.  We appreciate your patronage, and we will honor your privacy as one of the many ways we encourage you to come shop at our site again in the future.
Returns & Replacements
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise noted.  In the event that a product needs to be returned due to a defect, the customer must first obtain an RMA number by contacting myHondaHabit.com directly.  We will always do our best to make sure that you are pleased with your purchase with us.  If there is a concern, please allow us to work through it and earn your satisfaction.  Please use the returns form available via the "Orders and Returns" link at the bottom of the page.  Customers may return products within 30 days of purchase date as long as they are unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
Ordering
Our online ordering system has been organized such that the customer will have a hard time ordering that which is incorrect and an easy time placing orders for that which is correct.  Please be sure to take care as you select the options for each product.  All orders will be processed and then shipped.  Usually this takes 2-3 business days but often it takes less.  There are a variety of shipping options if you would like a package delivered faster than via the default shipping method.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Presently our payment system is managed through Paypal and Google Checkout because they are widely known and trusted.  In the future, we may expand upon that.
We strive to provide competetive pricing for all of our products.  If you come across a product we sell, and the price is not the lowest available, please contact us directly.  We would like to earn your business and will make it worth your while.
Occasionally, we will run promotions.  If you would like to be alerted of these promotions, please sign up to receive news and updates from us.  That will automatically qualify you to be alerted of upcoming promtions in advance.
Viewing Orders
After creating an account with us, all matters regarding shipping addresses, billing addresses, and order history are accessible through the "My Account" link at the top of any page.  Simply login, click the "My Account" link and then the "My Orders" link on the side column.
Updating Account Information
In the event that your information changes, please be sure to update it.  It is no fun for anyone to have their package get delivered to their old address.  Let us know when things change!
